My name is Amy Bregman and I am a Maternal Newborn Nurse with over 15 years of experience. I am excited to now be offering you interactive, newborn care classes online or in the comfort of your South Jersey home. For many of us, accessibility to community resources has been greatly affected, so my goal is to be able to provide that opportunity to as many people as possible.

Virtual and in home (local) private, individualized baby basics classes
Individualized, Private Two Hour newborn care classes
Offering private, interactive classes to individuals and couples expecting a new baby. Class will be tailored to your specific needs and will include basics of understanding the normal newborn characteristics, hands on care skills, feeding your infant, safety measures and techniques to prepare as a couple for this new stage.
One hour class to prepare new moms for the immediate postpartum period
Offering 60 minute private, interactive classes to soon to be mothers. Class will be tailored to your specific needs and will include preparing you emotionally and physically for the immediate postpartum period.

Postpartum Care
This is a 60 minute customized class which will help you prepare yourself emotionally and physically for the 6 week postpartum period. We will cover everything from what to expect in the hospital and throughout the 6 week period.

This package includes a two hour Baby Basics class with a one hour Postpartum care class.
About Me
I am the mother of 5 and a Mother Baby Nurse with over 15 years of experience. I have taught Baby Basics classes for years and want to bring the classes to you in the comfort of your home. I have my Masters Degree in Social Work and have experience running postpartum support groups. I understand the benefits of feeling well prepared for this exciting time in your life!
